50-60 minute Classes designed to increase strength and endurance through a series of dynamic movements.
Light weights with high repetitions, bands and sliders along with slow + controlled bodyweight moves designed to increase balance, core control and overall mind-body connection.
Join me for sweaty fun as we elevate out heart rate and increase our endurance! Modifications are always offered to fit every level.
