About Megan

Welcome to The Active Club. The club where all are welcome and loving how you move is our goal together.

As a CPT and Group Fitness Coach in LA, I created MxM Active Club to give you the energy of a group fitness class with the value of a personal training session. High-energy, effective, convenient and cost-friendly classes are available to you anytime, anywhere.

As your dedicated Strength + Conditioning Coach, I'm committed to guiding you beyond your comfort zone, helping you achieve ambitious goals, and fostering self-love. Are you ready to embrace the strongest version of yourself with MxM Active Club?

The Program

We use functional strength training exercises to build lean muscle, enhance body composition, boost metabolism and increase endurance.

Strength + Endurance Training

50-60 minute Classes designed to increase strength and endurance through a series of dynamic movements.

Sculpt + Tone | HIP: High Intensity Pilates

Light weights with high repetitions, bands and sliders along with slow + controlled bodyweight moves designed to increase balance, core control and overall mind-body connection.

HIIT Cardio

Join me for sweaty fun as we elevate out heart rate and increase our endurance! Modifications are always offered to fit every level.

Stretch + Recovery

Guided stretch + recovery classes for you to give back to your body. Learn different static stretches and techniques to better enhance your post-recovery.
